Delivery within Sweden usually takes 2-5 working days. Delivery time outside of Sweden differs depending on where you live, however we always make sure that pick the most reliable delivery route available. See estimated shipping days at the startpage.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?:

How do I return or change products?
As a customer at Allkett you always have 14 days to return your product. When returning a product bought at our web-store, it is important that you contact our customer support via e-mail at info@allkett.se or by contacting us through our website. Is it secure to shop through the webstore?
Allkett is using a safety measure called 3D-secure which was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. The protocol is offered with the service name Verified by Visa. MasterCard has also adapted a similar protocol called MasterCard SecureCode. Both are designed to allow authentication of cardholders by their Issuers at participating merchants. The objective is to benefit all participants by providing Issuers the ability to fully authenticate cardholders through the use of a password during Internet purchases, reducing the likelihood of fraudulent usage of Visa and MasterCard credit cards and improving overall transaction performance

You can recognize the use of 3D-secure through the VISA brand “Verified by VISA” and Mastercards brand “SecureCode. 3D-secure only works for you who have activated this function through your local bank. How you identify yourself depends on which bank you are currently using to shop at Daniel Wellington. Contact your bank for further information.
